Drinks are made to order, informed by the tastes of an individual, ice is made and carved in house to ensure it remains crystal clear and devoid of impurities - reflecting a story of artisanship where every process and every ingredient remain purposeful and pure. NACARAT
The atmosphere draws its inspiration from the fusion between the glam rock era of Ziggy Stardust and the modernity of the 21st century. Sensual and sophisticated, the bar transcends an electrifying energy. Its name designates vibrant shades of orange-red. Behind the counter, artists master liquids as chefs do with food.
MILKY WAY
Walking into Milky Way, you will be immediately transported to another universe… in the true sense of the word! The stairwell is designed to resemble a cosmos, and you will be amazed by the abundance of twinkling stars in the space. The interior of the bar was designed by the Gauley Brother, who brought their signature glamor to the space. It will be hard to believe you’re not having drinks in a big city like New York, because the atmosphere is so fabulously inspired. This address is one of the most beautiful bars in Montreal.
BAR GEORGE
The old is celebrated in new ways at Bar George, a modern-day rendezvous set in the grand heritage home once belonging to Sir George Stephen. Honouring the former resident’s roots, the chefs cook up contemporary takes on classic U.K. fare, spiked with Québécois quirks, while the bar pours time-tested bevvies. The space’s beauty and history is humbling, yet fight formality with eccentricity, welcoming the wacky and the gnarly.
