LA VOUTE
In Montreal’s first skyscraper, the vault of the old Royal Bank opens the door of its safe and turns into a mysterious and magical place. La Voûte reinvents itself into a sophisticated club and is the result of a collaboration of talents lead by the creative feeling of the place. Located in the heart of Old Montreal, at 360 Saint Jacques Street, La Voûte nightclub welcomes you in an elegant space. As soon as you step through the splendid doors of the club, you are greeted by a warm and friendly team.

FLYJIN
Top secret high powered executive chef and his team serve up predominantly Japanese fare but also explore flavours from China, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam. The 4-star dining experience has two services, one at 7pm and a second at 9:30pm. At 11pm, there is a metamorphosis of sound, lighting, service and music that redefine Flyjin as a bar for a sophisticated clientele with a desire for the unusual. Acclaimed mixologist and his team supply the evening with Asian-fusion cocktails as well as a wide variety of Japanese whiskeys, sakes, wines and the exclusive home-brand Japanese beer, Sakura. Currently open from Wednesday to Saturday, Flyjin has something to offer foodies, and bar seekers alike.Things are not as they seem.

KING CRAB
King Crab shares ex-Hvor chef S’Arto Chartier-Otis with Makro, the food on offer takes a different approach to the seafood-oriented menu upstairs — the bar has a small selection of pizzas, served as full pies before 11 p.m. and as slices after that. Cocktails should be similar to Makro, with creative mixes from bar guy Samuel Trudeau.

SOUBOIS
Soubois is a Bistro du Terroir, Bar and Nightclub, located in an underground forest at the core of Montréal's downtown area. Soubois aims to create an intimate and cozy atmosphere. You head down the stairs and enter their “chalet” area with couches, wood paneling and a fireplace. The cocktails are expertly mixed, and the area is discrete, perfect for a private cocktail event. To your left of the main area, the restaurant, an underground enchanted forest with a glass enclosed wine cellar, murals on the walls and large artistic trees created with fine wood craftsmanship that will leave guests gawking.
